Austin, Texas—what a vibrant and beautiful city! We have a proud and wonderful history, yet we embrace our recent heritage as the "Silicon Hills" with a yearning for all things new and innovative. We are proud to be the capital of the most wonderful state in the USA! Diverse culture! Great climate! Young at heart and yearning for more—that's us! We're proud of our country, our state, and our city and its people: George Bush, Lance Armstrong, Willie Nelson, Lady Bird Johnson, Sandra Bullock and Matthew McConaughey to name a few!

What a wonderful place to raise a family—so many things to see and experience—the Dell Children's Museum, the Wildflower Center, Zilker Park, playgrounds, ball fields, swimming pools, museums, pre-schools through major universities with all of the affiliated programs . . . all year round!

What a fabulous place to be young and single (rated #1 in the USA!)—the music, the lakes, hike and bike trails, bicyclists, the University of Texas (55,000 young people strong), Mexico nearby, the beaches a short drive away, and so many other young and beautiful people!

What a great place to retire: fabulous golf courses, restaurants, Newcomers Club, Sun City--and don't forget all the fun for grandkids!

We're ready to welcome you! Call Betty—she's ready to introduce you to the most wonderful city in the most wonderful state in the most wonderful country in the world. Was Betty born a Texan? No, but as they say here—she got here as fast as she could! Come join us—but watch out—the pride is contagious!

Note: Betty received her Bachelor of Arts in Math and Biology (Honors) from the University of Kansas in 1976.   Betty received her Masters Degree in Computer Science from Duke University in 1978.  She worked actively in the computer field until the birth of her second child in 1986, and spent the next 12 years as an active volunteer, holding many offices in her children’s schools and activities plus her church.  She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 1998 where she stayed 10 years, receiving numerous awards including the designation of "Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle" (top 3% of agents) several years.  In 2008, she left Coldwell Banker amicably and began her own brokerage.

Betty passionately wants to give her clients an advantage.  One key element is continuing education.  Betty feel that for Realtors to best represent their clients, they must be on the cutting edge of marketing and must study data and trends to best look ahead in the market (although this of course cannot be predicted).  Betty is a Certified Residential Specialist [CRS] (top 4% of all agents nationwide), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist [CLHMS] with membership in the Million Dollar Guild, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and an ePRO Internet Professional [ePRO].
